Pro Climbers International
Pro Tip #9 by Tommy Caldwell: If you aspire to climb in the mountains, or do any kind of multi pitch exploration, it is necessary to to become a Blue Collar Climber. Blue collar climbing is anything wide, dirty, wet, or more non traditional. Most people are intimidated by it and therefore never do it. More than anything else, it takes a willingness to venture into the ugly. Just put on a helmet and stuff your body in that gnar. Use your hips and shoulders, butt, forehead…whatever get you up there! If you can do this, a whole world of big climbs will open up to you!
